the location near the water was acceptable.
The bathroom looked tired though the thermostat did not work on our shower, so the water was scolding. reception said a plumber was due the day we left! conveniently, at night, light shone through holes in the wall from the room next door. I could hear everything.

The location next to the river was fine.
I found the website description to be inaccurate. The description mentioned a 'garden view', 'landmark view', 'city view', and 'river view', though I could barely see the river unless I crouched down to look through a small window. There was no garden view. the room was said to have a large sofa, but it felt cramped for two people.
